REDARC’s 30A switch mode voltage reducer is a part of the compact SMF Series, which feature ignition-switched output in addition to constant output for conserving radio memory. The SMF30, designed to operate sensitive radio and communication equipment, is ideally suited to applications that require a low-noise output. The SMF30 is fully enclosed by a silicon elastomer and can be installed either inside the vehicle or a location external to the vehicle.
The SMF series of switch mode voltage reducers by REDARC supply 13.6V or 13.7V +/- 5% (depending on the model) from a 24V negative ground auto electrical system. Use your SMF voltage reducer for lamps, small motors, computer & communication equipment, fridges, pumps, TVs, and electronic loads between a maximum of 2-60 amps continuous rating, dependant on the unit.
